I contacted fedex and tried to fix the problem myself, but fedex said only the seller could fix the incorrect address. Again, i reached out to the seller many more times and asked them to fix the issue. The seller refused to fix the issue, and the item was delivered to the wrong address. By the time i could finally apply for a refund, the sale was over and the coupon i had used expired. I am extremely upset and disappointed by this store.
