Returns & Exchanges

mportant: Before returning or exchanging any item, please contact our Customer Service Team at pawsh.market0@gmail.com. We will provide you with the correct return address and guide you through the process.

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving product(s). Refunds will be made using the same method you used to pay.

Please note: items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.

Return / Exchange Conditions

We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition.

  1. All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without being worn, washed, or altered, and with all original tags attached.
  2. All items must be returned with their original boxes and packaging.
  3. All items must be returned in one package.
  4. Return/Exchange shipments must use the same courier service as the original delivery.
  5. Returns/exchanges can only be accepted from the country where the order was originally shipped.
  6. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
  7. The return/exchange is not free of charge (shipping and import fees are your responsibility).
  8. Any faulty or incorrect items can be returned at no extra cost.

You will be informed if your refund/exchange is rejected; in that case, you may choose to have the product shipped back to you at your own expense.

How to Return an Item or an Entire Order?

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Team to start the return process. Provide:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

Step 2: Once you contact us, we will provide the correct return address for your order.

Step 3: Insert your receipt and items back into the original packaging.

Step 4: Complete the Returns Form provided by our team and attach it to the outside of the package.

Step 5: Hand the package to the courier. Once verified, securely seal the package.

Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
  • Once your return reaches us, please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
  • If your return does not meet the conditions above, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.

When your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed.
